29/08/2025 — Wilson Alarm Systems Limited (Wilson Alarms), a leading fire and security company based in Leicester, is proud to announce its acquisition of Elite Security Services Limited (trading as Elite Security). This acquisition strengthens Wilson Alarms’ presence in the Midlands and expands its operations in the Derby/Nottingham area.
Wilson Alarms has a long-standing reputation for delivering top-quality fire and security solutions. Already present in the Derbyshire area, the acquisition of Elite Security allows the company to extend its reach while maintaining the high standards customers expect.

Chris Fenney, the co-director at Elite Security, will remain with the company until her retirement in December. All other employees will also remain with the business.
